Alpha Course
Introduction
The
Alpha Course consists of a series of talks addressing key issues relating to
the Christian faith. Some years ago some people were struck by the phrase from
our bishop, Cardinal Daneels “A Christian alone is a Christian in danger”.
The Alpha course is one of many ways to bring the gift of togetherness to a group of people, Christians or non-Christians, whatever denomination, whatever age or social background, whatever culture
The ‘Churches Together’ Group will be running the next Alpha Course at the parish every Thursday evening from 7 February to 15 May 2008 (19h-21.45h). The opening meeting will be addressed by
Jonathan Aitken.
