Standing order form

So do not worry, saying, 'What shall we eat?' or 'What shall we drink?' or 'What shall we wear?' For the pagans run after all these things, and your heavenly Father knows that you need them. But seek first his kingdom and his righteousness, and all these things will be given to you as well. (Mathew, 6. 31:34)

Donations

Introduction

Unlike most Catholic parishes in Belgium, Saint Anthony's is totally 'self-supporting' parish and depend entirely on our parishioners and their contributions to pay our mortgage, utilities, payroll, physical upkeep and maintenance bills, etc.

We would like to thank every one of you for your continued generosity, both of your time, prayers and monetary contributions, which enables St. Anthony's Parish to be such a magnificent centre for spiritual and community gatherings.

There is many ways to help the parish in its material needs. In every Sunday Mass there is a collection for the needs of the Parish and sometimes there are extraordinary collections for charity appeals. The Parish also get some money from social events like the Annual Fayre, the Coffee and Donoughts, etc. Think that every time that you are participating in such an event you can have a good time AND help the Parish finances.

Finally, the Parish is much dependent of the generosity of some Parishioners and donators who offer a contribution regularly or exceptionally. Currently, almost 200 parishioners support the Parish with standing orders.

How to make a donation?

There are two main ways to make a donation. You can fill the standing order form and take it to your bank indicating the contribution that you want to do, or you can directly make a transfer to this bank account.

The Community of St. Anthony asbl

You can also make a donation directly in the Parish Centre. In the future we would like to offer the possibility to make donations "on line" with your credit card.

And remember, if you can't make an economic donation you can always pray for the Parish or offer your troubles, job or suffering for the Parish in union with the Passion of Christ. Prayer is as needed -or more needed- that money!!!
